To art exhibition program are admitted: galleries, studios, specialized and educational institutions, individual authors and artistic groups, companies- vendors for the goods for painters, sculptors, designers, decorators, restorers and photographers.

Area and Schedule: Russian Art Week takes place at one of the best Moscow exhibition areas - Moscow House of Artists (address: Kuznetsky Most, 11). Exhibition dates: September 27 - October 03, 2010.The exposition formation date (for entrants “in presence”): September 23, 2010.
Registration deadlines&docs: Registration deadline: September 23, 2010 To register You should send the following data to Org. Committee: a) questionnaire for each author or group of co-authors:
- Appl.form for individuals,
- Appl.form for organisations;
c) photographs of author/group of co-authors (3x4 cm. minimum, colour photo is preferable);
d) the artwork photo (no less than 200 dpi, up to 15 Мб);
e) copy of the fee payment order (see the devision "Participation Fee").

Materials and Measures: 1) Artwork originals, copies and photograph are accepted for exposition. 2) There are two ways to participate in exhibition: in presence or in absentia. 3) Technical characteristics for artworks:
- 2D objects (canvas/sheet): size – up to
- 3D objects: size shouldn’t exceed 4) in absentia: 2D objects should be presented in digital format (each file no less than 200 dpi, up to 15 Mb). 3D objects should be photographed 2-3 times from different foreshortenings (for each object) and one complex photo (for composition). Org. Committee prints, enframes and arranges the artworks received as an exposition. 5) all the artworks must be labeled (label of 7x3 cm. size, right lower corner). Label must contain: a) full author/group of co-authors name; b) city c) title; d) nomination; e) creation technique; f) size; g) year of creation. 6) “in presence” entrants: each artwork must be furnished with tabs/hooks (to hang on vertical panel) or some support to avoid the object fall.;
7) “in absentia” entrants: the artworks might be presented to Org. Committee as photographs (no less than 10x15 cm) or JPEG/TIFF format files no less than 200 dpi, up to 15 Mb. 8)The exhibitor arranges the exhibition area on their own. Org. Committee provides exhibitors with necessary equipment such as tables, chairs, illumination, glass cases, etc.
