a) Application Form for each author or group of co-authors (download in word format);
b) Labels for each artwork (download in word format);
c) Photo of author or photoes of group of co-authors (3x4 cm. minimum, colour photo is preferable);
d) Artwork's photos (no less than 200 dpi, up to 15 M;
e) Copy of the fee payment order (see devision "How to pay").
