International Exhibition & Competition of Contemporary Arts “Russian Art Week” takes place in two capitals - Moscow and St. Petersburg. Any city (or both) participation is possible by presenting the artworks at first in Moscow (September 27-October 03, 2010) then in St. Petersburg (March 21-27, 2010, www.spbartweek.com).
