There are two ways to participate for the competition – online (in absentia) and in person (internal way).

2) Internal participation: the author brings the artworks to exhibition hall “Moscow Palace of Painters” (Moscow, h.11, Kuznetsky Most str.) or to exhibition hall “St.-Petersburg Exhibition Center of the Arts” (h.38, Bolshaya Morskaya str.)

“SKO-VILS” Company conducts its business according to the statutory requirements of the Federal Law and the Law on “The Alteration of the Federal Act “On the Foundations of Tourist Activities in Russian Federation”, that came into force on June 1st, 2007.“SKO-VILS” Company is docketed in the Uniform State Register of Tour Operators, reference number MVT 004599.
